Heaven’s gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord on January 4, 2012 at Mayo Health Systems in Rochester. Addison Marie Mueller was born December 12, 2011 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI weighing 6 pounds 13 ounces.

She is being greeted in heaven by Great Grandparents Maurice Borns, Harold and Illah Scriver, Albert Nealy, Uncle John Scriver, and cousins Michael, Nicholas and Luke Scriver.

Addison is survived by her parents, Dustin and Julie Mueller, big brother Caden and big sister Olivia, maternal grandparents Neil and Barbara Scriver, paternal grandparents Herbert and Betty Mueller, Great Grandmothers Cecil Borns and Marie Nealy, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved her deeply.

We would like to thank all the medical staff that assisted with her care, and family and friends for their thoughts and prayers. We will see you again at the gates of heaven.

Services for Addison will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 3307 State Street, Eau Claire, WI with the Pastor Joel Naumann officiating. Friends and family may visit from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Durand, WI at 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
